It is light yellow ropy liquid, solidifying point: - 19℃, b.p.: 530-540℃;soluble in acetone, ethanol, petroleum ether, benzene and carbon tetrachloride; insoluble in water; odorless, tasteless and nontoxic; will be decomposed in water and acidic medium.
